Yesterday evening, Renaissance Academy staff, alumni, and students gathered for a heartfelt dedication ceremony in honor of a beloved alumni knight, Andrea Messina, dedicating the new garden in her honor.
The Garden was generously gifted to Renaissance Academy by the Class of 2014. Over time, it has evolved, now hosting numerous senior class gifts and being lovingly tended to by many students and staff who have dedicated their time to its care.
This Garden stands as a symbol of community and unity within Renaissance Academy. Its creation required the collective efforts of many hands, hearts, and consistent care.
We extend our gratitude to our speakers, Tracey Behrens O’Brien and Erik Ness, for their touching words and cherished memories of Andrea Messina and her impact on Renaissance Academy.
Our sincere thanks also go out to all the staff and students who played a vital role in bringing this garden to life.
And, of course, we appreciate the presence of everyone—family, staff, and alumni—who joined us in this special moment.
