Dental screenings are mandated by the State of Pennsylvania for students in Kindergarten, Third Grade and Seventh Grade.  As noted in the Student handbook you signed in the beginning of the school year, dental exam forms were due on September 30th.  At this time we have not yet received a completed dental exam form for your child and they have been scheduled for a mirror exam with the school dentist on 3/15/24.  Forms need to be received by 3/14/24 to have your child removed from the schedule. 

Dental forms are available on the school web page, rak12.org, by clicking on the parent section and selecting Medical & Health.  Forms may be dated any time after 9/01/22. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
